Welcome to My Blog
While receiving “Hahnemann Award 2008” from the Chairman of Delhi Board of Homeopathic System of Medicine, New Delhi, in Toronto, during the 2nd International Homeopathic Conference, my eyes filled up with tears.
The award was conferred in the presence of Ontario’s Hon. Minister for Natural Resources, Donna Cansfield, and Dr. Kuldip Kular, MPPs. My memory suddenly tickled back to my child hood days. As a child, while going to my school, I noticed the following words inscribed in the rear side of a car, “Not my merits, Thy Grace”. These words influenced my career while I grew old and graduated as a Homeopathic Physician in 1976 from Government of Delhi, Nehru Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital.
I always believed in medical intuition and won laurels by being awarded every time I cured a patient suffering from incurable ailment through homeopathy in Delhi, India. My first wonder cure was a middle aged gentlemen who was suffering from Chronic Sinusitis with grey hairs wearing glasses. He asked me if homeopathy could cure his Sinusitis which he suffered since more than 10 years. I simply said yes and as I was just a starter in Homeopathy practice after my graduation, I took the case very carefully in copy book style and gave him Bacillinum 200 followed by Hepar Sulph. 200 for few days and Sac Lac for 2 months. His name Mr. Singh( real name) who was working in Tourism Department, surprised by calling me on the phone that not only his Sinusitis is getting better but also his grey hairs are turning black and that at his office he was noticed by his subordinate reading the office files without his reading glasses.
It was my triumph but I remembered the words, “ Not my Merits thy Grace”. Subsequently I became his family physician curing his brother who could not walk on account of Lumbar Spine Herniated Disc and was about to be discharged from Army on this account, but homeopathy cured him by securing his career. Mr. Singh not only sponsored my complimentary stay in five star hotels with my family but also awarded me so many complimentary packages in five star hotels all over India until he retired from Service.
I thank Dr. Samuel Hahnemann on his 254th birth anniversary, which falls on 10 April, 2009, who had given us such a wonderful system of Homeopathic Medicine which is still the 2nd largest system of medicine in the world, that until now I have seen infinite number of miracle cures most of them unsung and others to mention in my further blogs.
